AERO POLISHING

PRE CLEANING

Our aircraft are used intensively on a regular basis. Oil residue and insect contamination are unavoidable. For this reason, a consistent maintenance routine is essential to preserve value. For cleaning we use only aviation approved cleaning agents and care products from selected partners.

AERO POLISHING

PAINT CLEANING

To prepare the surface for polishing, we clean the paint either by hand or with a machine using a special cleaning pad.

AERO POLISHING

POLISHING

Every paint surface is different. For polishing aircraft paint we rely only on high quality products that we have tested ourselves. Our polishing machines are specially designed by the manufacturer for soft single stage paints and ensure gentle treatment along with excellent results.

AERO POLISHING

PREPARATION FOR CERAMIC COATING

After the aircraft has been cleaned and polished, we degrease all painted surfaces. The coating can only be applied once the surface is completely free of environmental residues.

AERO POLISHING

INTERIOR CLEANING

We do not only restore the exterior of your aircraft. The cockpit is also cleaned carefully. Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly and we use suitable cleaning products for different seat materials. We also ensure clear visibility by cleaning the cockpit windows.

AERO POLISHING

COATING

Our ceramic coating does more than create deep gloss. It protects the paint and acrylic windows from new contamination and makes cleaning after flights easier. The aerodynamic properties of the aircraft also improve noticeably.

AERO POLISHING

RESULT

Achieving a first class result requires time and experience. For an E class aircraft we usually calculate an average working time of 18 to 20 hours.

*The images of the individual work steps were created for demonstration purposes. Aircraft detailing is always carried out inside a hangar, not outdoors. This ensures proper working conditions, environmental protection, and the correct professional execution of the work.
